I think it might be Amazon again. AWS seems to be slow everywhere.

It’ll go back to normal. It was doing that to me almost all day, wouldn’t even let me log in. Now it’s fine.

A couple things to try...

1- Verify system Date/Time are correct

2- Clear the Website data in Safari Prefs>Privacy>Manage Website Data (can individually search and choose Kinja/Gizmodo sites or just clear all)...will have to log back into various sites

3- Go to Safari Prefs>Advanced, at the bottom check “Show Developer...” close out of prefs and in the Safari menu bar click on Develop>Empty Caches

After either of these things, quit Safari completely and relaunch, head back to sites to see if it/they worked. Also make sure Safari is up to date. If those don’t do it, there are other things to try.

Try this .

Could also be an issue with an add-on or extension.

Good luck, seems like something trivial enough that someone here should know how to fix. Here’s hoping you don’t have to get Apple involved.
